Wafer block cooler for industrial bakeries

The cooling channel serves for cooling flat wafers and is a component of a complete wafer line. It consists of individual segments, held together by hook fasteners set in foam.

The wafers are transported through the canal via four supported round bands. The insulation consists of CFC-free polyurethane sandwich elements. The cooling units are located under the channel. The vaporising units with the fans are located in the cooling channel. The operating controls are on the right in transport direction. Installation by the client is no problem, the wiring is by mean of plug/socket. Symbols are used in place of writing.
